Nabble -- Embeddable forums

I don't know if this is the right spot for this, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with Nabble.com, a site where you can develop your own forum (for free) and then embed it on your blog.

It looks like a simple format, which is perfect for my purposes.

My tech skills are minimal (at best).

This is their TOS

This one kind of bothers me:

You grant Nabble a license to republish and sublicense the publication of your content in whole or in part and in any form.​

Does this mean any content on my blog as well? If so, that would cause me to pause.

My questions:

1. Is this site legit? I mean, if you embed your forum on your blog, could you also be embedding some malware? I didn't see any warnings about this website, and it looks as though there are a lot of forums parked there.

2. Is it easy to manage the forum or do you need tech skills to keep up with changes?​

Most importantly, I just want a safe and simple forum option for a blog.
