I have a forum for sale that is computer related, gets 3,000 - 4,000 + visits per month, a heck of alot from google!
I just started selling a spyware remover that focuses on only 1 spyware which has plagued the internet and know one else has a remover for it because it requires a bit of hands on. I will explain to interested buyers of the site.
I also built a free scanner for it so that I could list it on download.com (the largest software download directory) It is the only one listed there! It has been on download.com for slightly under a week and so far there have been 422 copies downloaded.
I have been selling the "remover" part of the software for just over a month and so far I have sold over 95 copies at $5 a pop! ($475) The software is a bit buggy so if you do intend to purchase you may want to rebuild this. I will provide you the source code from this plus the formula on how to remove it.
This spyware has several different names and in December according to overture alone one of the keywords was searcged over 700,000 times! In january it took a bit of a dip and is now down to around 34,000 I own:
the .org of this keyword plus a .net of another keyword belonging to this spyware. I will give these to you.
Other info regarding the site:
The site has several pages with a page rank of 5 and it has been this way for many months. I have a nice archive system built in and google indexes it every day!! So if you post articles a heck of alot you can be guaranteed a lot of search results!
The site has a listing in dmoz.org.
It has several good spots on search engines;
So far this year the site has made $34.17 from google adsense.
The site is a .ca but very catchy!!!! TRUST ME.
There is so much more great stuff about the site but I'd rather talk to an interested party and I will release more info etc...
