I MAY sell my site, as well as the custom made source code, then again, I may not, it all depends on the offers.

The URL is UltraClipboard*com. If you were to win the auction, or BIN, you would be the sole owner of the site and source code. You could do what ever you please with it!

So far, the site has brought in mid xxx, but 90% of that was offline, only 2 online sales were made, but sold more than 30 copies offline, to local businesses, one of whom bout a copy for all of their workstations.

The software comes in three versions, a free and a paid portable, a paid, installable, "Professional" version, and a free version, which has a 4.5 rating on Download.com, and more than 150 downloads!

I am working on properly optimizing the site, it is not finished, but will be upon a sale.

If you combine all of the work put into the code, the income, and such, you are looking well into the thousands.

If I were to sell this, I would need to have offers in the x,xxx range. If it were to sell, the deal is to be made through Escrow only!

Before anyone asks, I don't have traffic stats, and can only provide PayPal screens for the online transactions, but not for the offline cash deals that were made.

Everything is done through PayPal, and I personally review all orders. Once I receive a payment, I get an automatic email, so I'm always in touch with the customer. Like I said, there has only been a few online orders, so it's not time consuming at all, if the product and site really take off, you may want to set things up to automatically send product keys and such.

The site is also ready for a 2CO account integration, I just don't use 2CO, so it isn't necessary to me.

So, to better answer the original question, the site has no need for SSL, as it doesn't store, or handle any financial information, only third parties do, who do have the necessary security.

3.I'm not 100% sure what your asking, but this is the one and only UltraClipboard, sold under this name, and only this name.

And to Alvin, Yes, the new owner will be the 100% owner of the site/script/business.

Simply for the lump cash, I need a new car and have been adding little by little to a fund and it never seems like it has enough for me. I am in no hurry to sell though, and will keep it if it doesn't sell for a price I like.

Hey NamePros,

I know I said that was my last up .. I lied!

Just want to let you know, I listed the site on SP and had a high bid of $3200 and the buyer decided he "didn't want it" and now wont respond to me. I'm out 20 bucks, and I'm not going to list it there again if thats all thats going to happen.
