I am selling a marketing website (http://www.yahbot.com) that is based around a variety of marketing types. The site discusses everything from craigslist to yahoo marketing.
The website comes with a custom software that was built before the website was. I created the software about a month ago and since then I have earned over $3000 in revenue from selling the software.
The program is called YahBot and is used for marketing on yahoo. The program is automated so users only have to set it up and let it do the work. This program helps to drive traffic to your website.
The new owner will be given complete rights for the software including source code.
I have also created a demo that the new owner can place on their site for customers to try out before buying. They will be able to download the demo and use it for 8 minutes before the software closes itself.
I originally created the software to sell to a couple people but the interest was huge. Within just a few days I had sold several copies and many more people showed interest. With this being said I decided to create an actual website for it to sell it on.
This is a custom program which no one else has accesss to. The new owner will earn income by selling the bot to customers.
This website has a great product and a brandable name. With your own customized marketing tool your earnings are great.

BONUS: I HAVE NOW CREATED A SECOND EDITION TO THE BOT AND NOW ITS MULTI FUNCTIONAL MEANING SEVERAL BOTS CAN BE USED AT ONE TIME. YOU WILL BE GIVEN THIS PROGRAM IN ADDITION TO THE SOURCE CODE AS WELL.
In the future the new owner will be give technical support and free updates for the programs.
Revenue is earned from selling the marketing tool YahBot. I currently have it priced at $225 but can be changed to anything. I also sold a couple copies for $250 and $300.
Google adsense has also been added for a second steam of income.
