Forum spam! Help

Hi my forum on my site www.filmmakingcentral.com is getting tons of spam. ITs a phpbb. Im thinking of upgrading to a vbulliten. If vb more spam proof? can someone give me an estimate on installing, and designing it to match my site like the php bb is?

I just had a look at your site (nice btw) the reason your getting spammed is twofold, the forum has a pr3 which attracts the gremlins but the main issue is you have it set to allow non members to post, not good. I suggest you stay with PHPBB and change your settings so that posts are not allowed by non-members.

Also search the phpbb community forums for something like CAPTCHA. Its where you have to enter the letters and numbers you see on the image. Bots find it harder to post when you have CAPTCHA on there.
