Forum Logo - Budget around $50

I'd like to get a professional logo made up for my forum:

It will go where the thing is at the moment. I'd like to change the green background colour but have some other colour fade there so the logo would be transparent over the top.

Dimensions can be agreed upon, but the new logo can't be as long as the header image I've got but it must look good and be appealing to non-members.

The logo must show how the site is a webcaster's community, even if just subtly.

Thanks talented! I've added a page on my website where people have posted their concepts. Basically the most popular one will be devolved as I think this is probably the best way to be able to guarantee the quality of the end work.

btw, do you want a slogan or a short site description underneath the Logo?(like the
3rd entry on the thread on yar site)
If yes then is there anything specific you prefare or want us to make up?
