I have no time to run this site so i have to sell it, i have made $200 on adsense so far so with more advertising you could even make more, these are the stats:

Hosted Forums: 229
Total Members: 19354
Total Posts: 91352

The site forums are growing daily so it would be a good investment to the right buyer.

I'm looking for this type of price $x,xxx because i've spent thousands on advertising and site design.

if it is growing daily, why isn't there made any new post, or hasn't registred any new member (your post already dates back from about 20 hours, but stats perfectly match with stats on your site currently)?
By the way, if you spent thousands on advertising, and there are only 229 registred forums, i guess you advertised at completely the wrong place?

No i do clean out all of the forums that dont get used
