The price is so low, still no one even looks at my auction. Well, all I can do is to keep it :)

It is still on sale, so make bids

Media, this is your 5th thread on the same domain. You had an auction that you started on 9-22-2004 at 7:34 p.m. and stated the auction was good for 2 days past the post which would of made 9-24-2004 at 7:34 p.m. so I waited exactly until 7:34 to do the $10 bid. Then at 8:00 you edit your post and change the ending time until 9-26-2004 and now you're still trying to sell it after one thread said you sold for $50 and the other thread I should of WON???

You are trying to run from explaining your actions. You got yourself into the jam, so step up like a man and face the reality. Explain the truth of why you post an auction and when there's a winner clearly defined and the auction should of ended, then you change the ending time? An auction is a legal agreement between the seller and bidder just like on eBay, once there's a bid you can't change when it ends.

Edit: Everything in an auction has to be stated UPFRONT. If there's additional fees to cover PayPal transactions, reserve price, etc.... If it's not clearly stated in the auction then you can't go back later and change the stipulations of an auction. I put in the $10 bid at the last second and should have the domain as I was the winner of the auction.

You can't say that it wasn't high enough ending bid and not sell because you did not have it set in stone that there was a "reserve price" that must be met. You had nothing along those lines so whatever the ending bid is you've got the obligations to sell for. http://namepros.com/showthread.php?t=48844

ALL contemporaneous threads are now closed until satisfactory clarification(s) is posted by member "Media.info" in his existing "Private-to-Staff" thread (I will PM you with the "link" now, as well)! :tri:
Also, this post will serve as notice as a final spam warning for multiple Sales/Auction/"Developed Site" Marketplace threads for the same domain name - "HackTalk.com".
Again, please respond promptly to the current "Private-to-Staff" thread at this time.

Thank you.
