can you set up foreign language adsnese in your account

so for example if you have spanish word .es domains you want to build out can you when setting up adsense blocks and links make so will be for spanish speaking public? or will it naturally serve up foreign language sponsors and links according to which country the site appears at?

I think so it will serve foreign language sponsors automatically .. As if you have an english page on your website they will show english ads and if you have spanish page on your website then it will show spanish ads

you need to apply for it at the start what language your site is.

What languages does AdSense support?

i have an adesense account but does this mean
1/ i have to open another
2/ if i have say a spanish page of content it will serve up spanish ads for people in spain automatically as it is a supported language?

You cannot open another adsense account for spanish language or any other language
