Low to mid PR domain in foreign language niche

I'm looking for a for a domain with a minimum PR of 1 that is in the foreign lang. niche (preferably Spanish). Please keep in mind that I am NOT looking for domains in a foreign language, but simply about learning said language.

Eg. howtolearnspanish.com (although I am not looking for something quite so premium!). Please only .com, .net, or .org.

My budget is low (absolutely no more than $50), as I have other options. Please keep prices competitive. Both keywords an PR will be considered!
