Forcing related search terms on a parked domain

Are there parking providers that allow you to specify the exact search terms to be shown in a parked template? Note that this is different from forcing a pre-set category (this ability exist on several platforms). I am talking about being able to basically write the search terms yourself based on your own keyword research. Parking companies definitely have the ability to do this from the backend, but I am looking for this type of control from the frontend.

Voodoo and ParkingCrew can set keyword, but I still find it shows unrelated terms unless you view the preview in incognito mode to use no prior cookies. I think this has something more to do with Google though.
