so you have the trademark and brand for many years but only thought of going online last week. if you are that stupid you shouldn't be in business in the first place.
that excuse worked 10 years ago but any long term business that dosen't have a web presence which includes a dot com that resembles it name is either lying to try and get someone's elses domain for free or has been living in a cave for a decade.
