General Summary of iWebmasters Offshore Staff Leasing​

iWebmasters is an offshore staff leasing company. That means we don't do projects, rather we provide staff that reports directly to you.

iWebmasters has over 45 clients and over 150 staff members. We are a staff leasing company which means for a flat monthly fee you will have full-time employees who can do all the things for you that you require. When you reach five employees, we will give you a FREE sixth person to supervise your staff.

If you need staff for web programming and design, customer service, collections, or sales, we can help. Build and develop more sites, edit more pictures and videos, up sell products 24X7 on your website, add more products faster, have 24/7 email CSR support, take surveys, generate leads and grow your business. The only limit to your employees work description is your imagination.

Every individual whom we lease out speaks and writes fluent English.

Our theory is that there are 5 things that must be done in effective management.

1. We must recruit for you the very best people that we can find.
2. We must give your staff all the tools they need to do their job.
3. We must remove any obstacles that are in their way.
4. You must provide them with clear directions as to what they need to accomplish.
5. You must catch them doing things right and ask them to do more of it.

As you can see, we take care of numbers 1, 2 and 3 but numbers 4 and 5 are still up to you if we are to maximize our relationship.

Once you select whom you want from the list below, we will send you an agreement. In the agreement we will ask you for a six-month minimum commitment. Additionally, we charge a 500-dollar setup fee per head that you lease from us whether the employee is full-time or part-time.

When you've paid the 500-dollar setup fee and faxed us the signed agreement we will start sending you resumes and portfolios of potential candidates. When you've selected the individual you want, we hire them, contract with them and assign them to you. From that point forward, they report directly to you.

You can choose which shifts they will work.

We run two full-time shifts. They are:

6 am until 3 pm GMT+8 (that's 6 pm until 3 am Eastern Standard time in the U.S.A. when it isn't daylight savings and 5 pm until 2 am when it is). This is a Sunday through Thursday shift in the U.S.A.

9 pm until 6 am GMT+8 (that's 9 am until 6 pm Eastern Standard time in the U.S.A. when it isn't daylight savings and 8 am until 5 pm when it is). This is a Sunday through Thursday shift in the U.S.A.

Part-time hours are:
4 pm until 8 pm GMT+8 (that's 4 am until 8 am Eastern Standard time in the U.S.A. when it isn't daylight savings and 3 am until 7 am when it is). This is a Sunday through Thursday shift in the U.S.A.

6 pm until 5am GMT+8 (that's 6 am until 5 pm Eastern Standard time in the U.S.A. when it isn't daylight savings and 5 am until 4 pm when it is). This is a Saturday and Sunday shift afternoon shift in the U.S.A.

Our experience has taught us that we cannot price staff leasing based on the actual talent that each individual has because each individual is completely different. That's why the prices below are broken down by years of experience and, occasionally, education. We have a battery of skill-specific exams, which we use to test all applicants during their interviews, and we will also administer your tests to the candidates if you provide them to us.

Price List​

At this time we are offering writers, graphic designers, programmers and media managers. To run a business like iWebmasters we must spend a great deal of time, money and effort on recruiting. This means we must specialize in certain skill areas. This is not to say we can't customize a quote for you and recruit staff that doesn't appear on this list. It only means that we have the most experience with the list below and can fill these positions the quickest. Please review our price list and contact us at [email protected] with any questions.

Writers

Writer, Level 1 - $595 a month full-time or $349 a month part-time.
A level 1 writer will have at least 2 years of computer experience, have intermediate typing skills and be web savvy. A level 1 writer can be used for a wide variety of services including but not limited to, customer service, guerrilla marketing, search engine optimization, and the like. These individuals are best used for repetitive and tedious business processes.

Writer, Level 2 - $795 a month full-time or $495 a month part-time.
Level 2 writers studied English and/or writing at the college level. These are professional writers who have at least 1 year of paid professional writing experience. When you need descriptions written or other small writing projects that must have proper grammar, this is the way to go.

Writer, Level 3 - $995 a month full-time or $595 a month part-time.
Level 3 writers studied English and/or writing at the college level. These are professional writers who have at least 3 years of paid professional writing experience. These writers can handle medium and large projects such as blog management and other more creative tasks.


Writer, Level 4 - $1395 a month full-time or $895 a month part-time.
Level 4 writers studied English and/or writing at the college level. These are professional writers who have at least 5 years of paid professional writing experience. These writers can handle much larger projects. Their experience will vary greatly. If you choose a level 4 writer expect a wide variety of resumes and experiences.

Graphic Designers

Graphic Designer, Level 1 - $695 a month full-time or $445 a month part-time.
A level 1 graphics designer will have at least 1 year of Photoshop experience and little or no Flash experience. These are entry level designers who can build sample galleries of content, basic web banners and the like. They are meant to assist or complement your more experienced designer.

Graphic Designer, Level 2 - $895 a month full-time or $545 a month part-time.
A level 2 designer will have at least 3 years of design experience. They have advanced but not expert knowledge in Photoshop and basic Flash design experience. Level 2 designers can design complete websites but not as fast or flashy as level 3 and 4 designers.

Graphic Designer, Level 3 - $1195 a month full-time or $695 a month part-time.
A level 3 designer has at least 5 years doing actual paid design work. They are expert level in Photoshop and have advanced Flash skills. Level 3 designers are good, fast and reliable. They can create great looking websites and online and offline marketing materials.

Graphic Designer, Level 4 – $1495 a month full-time or $895 a month part-time.
A level 4 designer has the same or more experience as a level 3 designer but has a greater degree of education and most importantly has at least 2.5 years of experience working in a marketing and/or advertising department of a medium or large-size company. These are career designers who take their art seriously. These designers can create excellent online and offline marketing materials as well as a wide variety of other creations.


Programmers

No position has a wider variety of skill sets than that of a programmer. There are many different programming languages out there. Just to name a few of the most popular: PHP, .NET, ASP, Java, JSP, Javascript, C++, Cold Fusion and XML. It is our philosophy that time and intellect makes a great programmer great. We don’t break our pricing down by the language an individual can code in. Rather, we price them by their levels of experience and skill. So, tell us you want a level 3 PHP coder and that is exactly what you will get.

Programmers, Level 1 - $695 a month full-time or $445 a month part-time.
A level 1 programmer can create basic scripts and has basic database experience. These programmers can make a simple website interactive and make basic changes to existing code. Our level 1 programmers have at least 1 year of experience in coding and can be useful with basic or repetitive tasks.

Programmers, Level 2 - $1095 a month full-time or $595 a month part-time.
A level 2 programmer has at least 3 years of coding experience. They have advanced but not expert knowledge of the programming language you require. Most level 2 programmers also have intermediate database knowledge. A level 2 programmer is sufficient for most website development but should not be used for highly complex situations.

Programmers, Level 3 - $1395 a month full-time or $795 a month part-time.
A level 3 programmer has at least 5 years of coding experience. Most are college educated and some have a degree in computer engineering. These are smart, fast and savvy developers that can knock out complex sites single-handedly. They are expert level in their code of choice and usually have experience in 3 or more other programming languages. They are also normally advanced in their database skills.

Programmers, Level 4 - $1695 a month full-time or $995 a month part-time.
Level 4 programmers are everything that a level 3 programmer is but will have more experience, a better education and most importantly, years of experience working on large and complex projects. These are the guys you want architecting complex software or websites. If you have a complex project that requires more than one developer, we recommend that at least one of them is a level 4.

Media Managers

Media Managers, Level 1 - $695 a month full-time or $445 a month part-time.
A level 1 media manager can edit, resize and watermark images. Those companies in the content business often need staff like this to provide a consistent high-quality portfolio of content to their end-users.

Media Managers, Level 2 – $895 a month full-time or $545 a month part-time.
Level 2 media managers can do video encoding, watermarking and basic video clipping as well as everything else that a level 1 manager can do. They can do all the repetitive tasks required in getting image and video web ready but can not do editing.

Media Managers, Level 3 - $1195 a month full-time or $695 a month part-time.
A level 3 media manager can do everything a level 1 and 2 manager can do as well as the actual editing of videos. This individual has 3+ years of video editing experience and can make movie trailers as well as edit raw footage into viewable movies.

Media Managers, Level 4 - $1495 a month full-time or $895 a month part-time.
A level 4 media manager has the same or more experience as a level 3 media manager but has a greater degree of education and most importantly has at least 2.5 years of experience working in a video editing department of a medium or large size company. These are career video editors who take their art seriously. These media managers can create excellent online and offline videos along with materials as well as a wide variety of other creations.
