SEO can matter also, but these type of domains are just great assets for a local service company to put on flyers, billboards, business cards, etc.

That's an excellent 2-word name. The Smartscrapers website shows 1,896 roofing contractors in the Boston area, as of October 15, 2025. Treat that as an estimate rather than a definitive count, but it still points to a very large, active sector.Here is an example of a good GEO -

I sold it for thousands of dollars to a roofing company in Boston. I am sure they have made a lot of money with it.
I think there is a certain psychology in search results when you see a domain like that. It conveys some authority, where an awful domain doesn't.
Also, those type of domains look great on marketing materials.
