There's already a lot of information on the forum that specifically addresses your questions. I would recommend taking your time and doing a lot of reading and research on here.

If you still have questions about specific elements of investing in geo names after doing your research, try posting them individually (i.e. focus on just one aspect, like the effect of city population, or types of niches). You'll be much more likely to get some useful answers that way.

This community is very helpful, but only when you make it clear that you've done a lot of your own learning and work to inform yourself. Your post makes it look as though you're hoping to have all the answers handed to you on a silver platter. Other investors will not be eager to provide you with that, since they themselves had to work hard to acquire the knowledge.

The standards vary, if it's by location there are some cities that are so outstanding like Austin and locations like orange County, bay area and more ... generally such cities do have good sales rates but the domain niche must play a big role there, for instance you can't compare selling a boat storage niche to cities with less boat activities, you can't expect to sell a tattoo geo domain in cities like Elpaso when it should be sold in places like Hawaii...so alot of things are supposed to be intact for a good geo domain name.
