I bought not long ago a developed site: www.coolgalleries.net.
It is a free image hosting site with a very nice domain name. Due to work and other projects I dont have time to run it so I am willing to sell it.
I did a custom design for the site which will be included in the price:

- as you can see there is a banner size place at the top if you want to sell ads and a left column for text links. Also I left room on the right column for Google Adsence-.

You would only need to integrate the script into the design and start promoting the site !!!
