I really don't know how much revenue does the site got from ads cause i just put them. But the site can get lot of income selling links, cause the site got one pr 7 page, 7 pr 6 and more than 500 hundred pr 5 pages. So you could easily sell links in the pr7 page for $30 a month each, plus $50 sitewide links from the forum (links in 500+ pr5 pages and 7 pr 6). And if you sell 10 of each, you would be making a monthly profit of: $800

The forum is currently receiving an average of 100 uniques a day. 40% of them are from search engines (Yahoo and MSN mostly). The other visits come from other websites.
The site also averages 600 daily pageviews for june (was averaging 1200 a day in may) and

180 daily visits. In this current month it has already got a total of 1988 visits and 5528

pageviews. On may it got 6929 visits and 38147 pageviews.

I have money to invest and when I read the $800 a month income my eyes lit up.

Finding out that was not true came as something of a letdown, good luck with the sale sir but obviously I am not interested now as it was falsely listed.

How the site proceeded to have PR7 if it is only 3 months old? I'm interested but need details. Was is a mirror? If so to which site? If PR got from links bought will they remain after the sale? Please PM me with full details, I'm really interested but it is quite much money for a site with no revenue and I have to make sure.

I have pretty much taken this site from the ground up. I now know the real story. The person you traded it from was the guy who I worked with...

I don't host for people that lie and cheat so you better find a way to remove this site from my server... I am hosting it and I have done all the seo etc on it... Your stats are all in correct and I want it off my server...

Tell the new owner to find a place for it...
