Which one of those domains worth the premium upgrade, and which marketplace would be better: Godaddy or Flippa auctions.

None of them. You'd be wasting your time and money upgrading these with the premium options

Im with anantj here. I don't see much values in these domains.
Send to regular auctions and hope for the best.

On that note, a few ideas to help improve the auction visibility:

1. Try GD auctions first as it is free to list (assuming you're already a GD auctions member)
2. Post on the external sales sub-forum here on NP
3. Post on your FB and Twitter (but please do not spam)
