Flippa is Now Placing Ads on Our Auctions!

I just checked my auction and what do I see?
An Ad at the top of the page!

I am the one who is paying for this auction page so why should they put an Ad on it?
Do I get a cut of the revenue from the ad? I don't think so!
I should since any traffic that comes to my auction page will be because of what I am selling and what traffic I can direct to this page.

This is just Wrong! >:(

The funny thing is, one of the ads I just seen on there said Interruptions Kill Your Productivity :p No shit!

I just checked and I don't see any on mine....
Did you check if you have any sort of plugin/app/virus activated in your browser?

It happened to me on Fb once: some images and posts were substituted with ads ( mainly porn LOL ) because I had some kind of unwanted plugin installed on my browser....Maybe it's your case too..

ooooohhh....well not a good thing at all in my opinion. I mean, shouldn't they ask permission to the owner of the listing? Or maybe they changed the rules and none of us realized it.
Pfffttt..I have never been a huge fan of Flippa...then they gained some points when they lowered the fees...now they lost them again!

As for mine I just checked again while logged in and logged out but nah..nothing on mine.
It might be that I don't see anything because I must have a pop-up blocker or something OR that they consider my listing not good enough to put an ad on it!! lol

I've got one on Flippa, and sure enough, an ad at the top of the page.

ebay does same thing and so do many sites whereas you are listing and paying

Google ads can be highly targeted, and you could be seeing Flippa ads because you visited their site (retargeting) or searched for Flippa in Google.

I mean...ya gotta pay just to list your domains there, ya gotta pay a success fee if your name sells and now they put ads on your auction pages too.
