I am selling FlightUpdates.co.uk. I first bought the name around 10 months ago and paid £400 (around $750) to have the site developed. It is also a very marketable domain name. It ranked number 1 in Google until I had to stop dedicating time to the site. The site is pretty much a flight information center and it has the Joomla hosting service. It is growing in popularity pretty quickly as it is the only site which really offers this service in the one place. It is a Gold Plus account and allows for a lot of Bandwidth. The site also has a forum which has a lot of users however it has been subject to a fair amount of spam. I myself do not have the time to get rid of the spam mail or to keep the site going anymore. As far as statistics go the site had over 3,500 views last month. Google Adsense was on until someone clicked too many times on my ads therefore my account was disabled. Before my account was disabled it had made around $415 for the month. It will be easy for the new owner to make a new Google Adsense account. I am also currently negotiating a deal with a company to have an advertising deal setup on the site. This however would be up to the new owner of the site to close the deal. Hi, a small enquiry...

you have 854 registered users at the forum, Is it me or is the Most users ever online look a bit weird at only 13. Im surprised that with that many members there hasen't been more than 13 people on at any one time.

Hi Sean,
I am not really sure the reason for this either to be honest. It may need someone with more experience in forum development to help this situation. That, as you say is strange to have that many users and that little a number on at one time. I think it's actually 865 users.
