After a lot of thought I have decided to sell my PR4 Proxy Topsite.

Revenue: $13.54/month (average) from Google adsense. At the beginning of March I changed /added new ad. positions on the site so this has risen considerably on previous months.
Reason for Selling: Since the end of February the site has grown considerably (almost double of the traffic from the previous month). I was hosting the site on Resellerzoom's $4.99 budget plan, however had to move the site from there due to using too many server resources (which is understandable as its a budget plan). I have since moved to one of Godaddy's VPS services, however I'm not happy there so want to close the account. So reluctantly I'm looking o sell this site to allow me to move back to a cheaper reseller package.
Site Traffic Since moving to Godaddy's VPS I haven't been able to track the site stats. However based on February's stats the site generates an average of 213 unique visitors a day and uses around 2.5gb of bandwidth a month. I expect the March stats are slightly up on February's stats. The majority of the traffic comes from Google with a little from MSN and other search engines.

Its only since the beginning of March I've been trying to optimise the site for google. However the new owner may want to improve on this, as I'm no expert. However the site ranks well for many popular keywords I've listed some of the top ones here:
proxy top site - position: 1 / 2 out of 36,600,000 results.
myspace proxy - position: 47 out of 1,510,000 (this still generates a huge portion of the traffic to the site)
myspace proxies - position: 38 out of 980,000 (again this generates a large portion of the sites traffic)
The site receives around 10 - 15 new submissions every day. All submissions have been manually approved by me. I've been extremely strict on submissions so a lot of these don't make it into the site. The site currently has around 245 sites listed.
Google seems to update its cache of the site every couple of days, so the site is crawled regularly.
For the new owner there is still a lot they can do to drive traffic and revenue to the site. I believe its a great opportunity for someone that can put the time and resources into the site.
I'm looking for a starting bid of $150.00
The auction will end 72hours from now. I reserve the right to end the auction early if a reasonable offer is made. I will be more than happy to move the site over to the winning bidders server.
