Videos in flash

Hello,
I want to host my own videos, in a flash thing.
It will only be videos i upload, so i can manually make each one.

Is there a program or anything that will let me put a wmv etc movie, and it makes it into a flash video player?

So your looking for a program to convert it to a swf? Why dont you just import it into flash?

I don't know how to make play buttons etc. I am a complete noob when it comes to flash. I might actually get round to reading some tutorials and propperly working through thm.

None of my mates know it to even give me the basics, and no one will teach me it at college. We're still on html 4 at college.

Because for the amount I have, it will be easier to purchase some software that can do it for me.
