Just talked with paypal staff. They are do not want to close my account because I am a valuable customer.

How about this: flash mob for Russians - force putler to get out from independent Ukraine and stop killing civilans, putting bombs on women and children (btw. even those Ukraine people who speak and consider themself rather russian like in Sumy) and to stop feeding the world and own citizens with the most dumb propaganda imaginable?

The West don't know Russian mentality. Such actions / sanctions makes people more angry and Patriotic that's why sanctions not working effectively.

For sure it makes no sense to affect ordinary people from Russia. Many are against this mad war and many even risk years in prision now going out on the streets and getting arrested. It is just so, that letting such financial channels would in this or that way still benefit to the gov and putler system. That's the reason why sanctions are made. From a pure business perspective Russia is a big interesting market and nobody is happy to have this opportunity closed. But what did they expect starting a full scale war nobody needs in 2022?
PayPal etc. are not to blame. Blame it on the one who is guilty here - blame it on crazy putler!

(and btw. not only people in Russia are affected now. Everybody in Europe and lots of people and businesses in the US will be affected too. There are already many who have loses now! That's what war makes - destroying everything. Will take years to get into normality. And we even not know if this all will not end in a full scale World War 3. Yesterday rockets fell so close to NATO-border that people woke up in Poland)
