Hi All, I'm out of time and need some help :)

I need a button/image that will be going on this homepage in the lower main area:

http://www.inno-mktg.com/

and the button will link to a Customer Feedback Survey (a form on a seperate page which I'll be making).

The button/image should "flashy", at least something moving in it but not exploding (subtle, but moving). As you can see on the site, they like movement, heh, the "order online" bouncing gif, oy, lol.

It shouldn't be larger than 250 px on the longest side. Any shape is fine though, so long as it makes sense on their site (ie. rounded-off rectangle might make the most sense).

The colour scheme should match the blue/green corporate colours if possible. The order online button is currently green, so maybe a nice blue? An abstract shape would be fine (ie. no big pic of a person smiling or nothing).

It needs the text "Take Our Customer Feedback Survey" in the image.

If you want to make it a .gif instead of flash, that's fine, as long as it looks nice.

$20.00 US by paypal to the design the client likes the most!

You can post a link to it here or email it to me at chinchillas at gmail dot com :)
