also, i should state that this is a live site and has a google pr4. however as a buyer i would only be interested in the domain, nothing else.

would anyone be willing to estimate it's worth as a purchase?

If you don't own the domain then you cannot have an appraisal and this belongs in the Domain Discussion.

There appears to be a fully operational business built around that domain. Why would you target that one for your domain purchase if you're interested only in the domain? It really depends on the position of the seller. If the company is making a good profit from the site, you won't be able to purchase it for anything less than several thousand. I'd guess if you're not prepared to offer at least $5k to start looking for other domains.
