First Website Critique needed

Ello,

I've just finished putting together the majority of my first proper website o/

http://www.porcobizarro.co.uk - Could I get any feedback from the pros? I already know I still need to optimise the images (and get it put onto a proper host, its hosted on a 128k up cablemodem atm) and somebody else has pointed out the fonts should be kept more the same throughout (It changes a few times from times new roman to arial, I didnt mean it to!) but is there anything else? Obviously the content is not finalised/important (yet)

I don't like the image of the navgation. nor the side link navigatationn. not a fan of pop ups. overall it's alright

I'll throw together a couple of new ideas for the nav images. The popups were requested by the owner of the site, I tried to keep them to a minimum (by making sure the main site content doesnt come in popups)

The are 4 broken images on the main page. And I'm not crazy about the popups either.
