domain first timer - skincarearizona.com appraisal

I'm just kicking off at this and wanted to see if I'm doing okay or making bad choices.

I bought like 10 domains but here are my 3 best ones (I think)
skincarearizona.com
retirementcalifornia.net
& propertycoastal.net

What's a rough appraisal on these anybody?? Thank you

Sorry nobody has responded as of yet.

Here are my initial thoughts.

Being an Internet marketer with experience in generating traffic and revenue I personally know first hand what SkinCareArizona could do for search results on Google, as well as potential revenue from local spas in Arizona.

I would turn it into a directory of local spas, build up search engine traffic and sell ads on the site. Potential $500 or so a month, maybe more.

I would buy it for $150 myself, but that isn't a direct offer.
