First offer on Sedo

Hello! I got the first offer on my “com” domain, I registered 4 month ago. I’m really happy, but I don’t know what to do. The domain is listed on Sedo. I’m from Ukraine and domain is registered throw the Ukrainian company. I will accept offer and after that what should I do?

if the price is acceptable to you then accept and wait for buyer to respond by payment and sedo will instruct you to push the domain to the buyer, if not satisfied with the price counter with another price. good luck and congratulations.

yes, push is domain internal transfer (same registrar) sedo will decide where to transfer it, you should know who you're sedo rep is and communicate regularly with him/her until the sale realizes.

Last question. Maybe it’s better to transfer domain from my Ukrainian registrar for example to Godaddy (I have account their) and after that to sell domain?

If your Ukrainian registrar does not allow a push then the buyer can just initiate a transfer to their usual registrar. Do not transfer the domain yet - once a domain name is moved to another registrar it may not be transfered for 60 days.

To clarify: a push is a transfer of a domain name from one user account to another at the same registrar. Not the same as a transfer to another registrar.

Probably there is another problem with that domain. Almost week ago I got the letter from current provider that my domain was successfully transferred. But in administrative and billing contacts there is information about me. Who must change it? Me, Sedo or the buyer? I wrote the letter to Sedo but they didn't answer.
Also that provider gives me username and password to my account. Why? For what do I need it?
