not bad for a hyphened domain. you'd probably be more profitable using first-look as a website for newly built homes/apartments/condos. maybe low-mid $xxx for that end-user. if you want to develop it yourself, try using it as a "new gadgets/technology" kind of website. it would be pretty fun and interesting to make (for me at least, lol).
