Firewall protection suggestions

Can you people please suggest a firewall program which is relaible and easy to use?

i don't know if i'm using the right firewall but it seems that there's someone trying to break in my pc. The cursor moves, clicks and shutsdown by itself.

Am I being cracked?

sounds more like spyware or a trojan to me (though I could be wrong)

do you run SpyBot sd or Ad Aware?
