OK... Here's the deal. Health, financial and other personal issues have forced me to have absolutely no time for the internet anymore. Here is a little network I have assembled that I would like to offer for sale. Extensive link building has been done on many of these sites. The pagerank is predicted go up on many of these. I need to get out of the website hobby and I just want a quick, clean, cheap sale to someone who is interested in these sites and will take good care of them.

These are some good sites with a lot of potential, especially the niche forum directories. (IPB, VB, PhpBB) Ad revenue was only $30 for the last month, so assume liitle revenue when bidding on this offer. Making a lot of money never was my motivation behind these sites, but I'm sure the right web forum enthusiest with revenue building experience could profit from these sites. Traffic links are included below.

I have had no time to visit the forums for the past month, so they may need a little cleaning up and the directories submission queues are loaded with new submissions.

This network will be sold as a package deal only and as is-where is, so please don't ask about buying specific sites. I will provide you with the master server password and logins for each site upon successful payment.

The server where these sites are hosted expires on 5/28/2006. The bill is $169. I won't be paying the bill. You will need to move the sites to your host quickly or take over the server. That's up to you. (There should be a week or two grace period after the 28th before the server is shut down.) If the high bid is over $1500 or if you include an additional $169 with your high bid, I will pay the server bill for one additional month. After that, hosting is up to you.

I've had a few inquiries about the server specs via pm by some folks who just want to take over without having to move anything.

Hosting is on a dedicated server at NAC in New Jersey, US. $169 mo.
Specs: Pentium 4 3.2, 2 gigs ram, 2X80 gig hard drives, DirectAdmin, 100 mbps port switch, 2000 gigs per month bandwidth allowance.

This has been a very fast and reliable server that I have used since Dec. of 2004.

Take over the server or move the sites to yours. That's up to you.

I have had two good offers via pm which I am considering, but please post all bids here in the thread.
