Finding out how much a name went for when it dropped.

A competitor recently let their name expire, and it seems to have been caught (it's now parked).

Is there any way I can find out how much it went for?

I suppose it would depend mostly on how good the name was ?

It may show up on dnjournal if it sold for alot, have you checked there to see if it has been listed ?

If it receives traffic, I 'm sure someone on Pool or Snapnames would know.

The site just came back; have e-mailed to find out what happened.

If he had to buy his domain back, it'd be interesting to know what he paid for it. The name is a not-very-commercial .org, but a PR6 with about 1000 backlinks on Google (including dmoz).
