Finding Good PPC Programs

How does one go about finding good PPC (Pay Per Click) programs? What I mean, is I want to add various links to sites that are PPC as opposed to the normal PPP (Pay Per Peformance) that I get through CJ.

Why does everyone say Google?

I've tried google, but they put some really weird adds on my photo rating site, I gave them two months to see if they'd change it to something interesting but they never did. Now I use a site called AdBrite and I've made 20 usd from my site in the last month as opposed to the money I made in 2 months on google. Plus Adbrite let's me sell text links on my site through their site like this Click Here! . I'm sure google is good for some people, however it's not for me
