(Don't check it via youtr browser, it prob. say its free)

What could it be worth (undevelopped).

I found out that Niue is what we call in the netherlands a 'belastingparadijs', I don't know the exact word in english but it would be something like 'taxparadise' or 'fiscal paradise'.
They have low or in some cases no tax.

Does this kind of info make any difference?
