i have this domain registered, and i want to get an appraisal if possible
it's not developed yet.
could it be possible to apraise it when undevelopped and possible when developped.

As a misspell, I'd say reg fee to $25. The correct spelling is Cocktails.info

Can't appraise a developed site until it has content, stats and traffic.
