I just aquired finance-mortgage.com and I woundered what your thoughts were on it, I do think that this one has quite some potential if you look away from the hypen, I know dont like hypened domains, however, in this case I think it's actually a bonus when it comes to search engines and so on.

Great for developing, not so great for just parking and forgetting. Developing in this niche and getting good traffic though takes much work and $. It's highly competitive!

i agree. wonderul name to put a little afford on it and to sell leads for mortgages financing. with right Seo can make nice monthly income aventually. but as to park... not much revenue expected. so developed will worth way more than now. as is high xx.

I wonder why only $xx if a good name is undeveloped ?.. It should be worth mid $xxx undeveloped and just saw finance-mortgage.net is available to buy on sedo and expected price is $205 .

I think this is a decent "keyword stuffed" domain with very little mainstream brandability because the words don't flow well together such as the phrase Blue Shoes, plus you have the dash and that hurts it even more.

That basically means that undeveloped this domain is worth reg fee, but you could very much get it built up and improve the value. The great thing about good keyword stuffed domains is that they typically get good placement in search engines with minimal SEO knowledge.

IMO the words flow good together, but I guess thats from person to person, but there are above 10k with searches for exactly "finance mortgage", so you should think that im not alone about it.

Another thing is the hypen, I would actually prefer this one over the unhypened domain, as it fits this domain perfect, and offcourse its much better for SEO.
