I have been looking and looking for free and legally usable content and came across this site: http://creativecommons.org/

The website states: "Enabling the legal sharing and reuse of cultural, educational, and scientific works."

You can actually search for vids that you want to use commercially and the site will locate which publishers will legally allow you to do so.

You may not find everything you would want or need but it sure is a start of something.

CC has been around for a long time, but I've never really used it. Nonetheless, it's a great resource.

Depending on the format, you can use many of the available Wordpress plugins (for blogs) or an application like inVideo (tho they're site isn't available for some reason)
