Try re-uploading all the files and starting again. I don't even see an index.php in your install directory when I access it in my browser. Make sure all files have been uploaded and the config directory is writable.

EDIT: Ok I have updated the script with a mysqli check, fixed some bugs with the parser and some other issues. Please remember I didn't get hacked because of this script I can assure you it is secure. I got hacked because my host was compromised and around 4 of my sites on that account got hacked. No worries about that now either.

By the way I updated the Feed parser and more feeds should work fine now. I have tested it out on several feeds and now Yahoo news works
