I like it!

Colours are great, layout is simple yet stylish and convenient. The cartoon style of the people is very cool.
Only complaint is the quality of the pics which I think should be bumped up a notch.

Otherwise good job!

Looks good though I would put a little padding around your Company news section. Keep up the good work!

It looks awesome. I love the use of the browns and the images. I <3 the fact that you made images and they aren't generic pictures of people in offices. The fact your site is unique gives you so much more power. This is one of the first sites I actually went through the whole thing...because it was interesting.

Nice job.

I think I have a suggestion though that will fix the mild blandness of your site once you get off the homepage.

You know the sub header underneath the nav bar on the homepage that says: "We Cater to a number of companies"? You need to have one of those on each of your subpages (company, folio, services, etc) that relates to that subpage. This will give you a good opportunity for some additional visual imagery as well as a spot per page to put a marketing slogan related to that page.

It is only a suggestion - but I think this would make your site pretty badass (this is a professional word in the design community I believe).

What do you think?

Oh and you should run through your site and fix the padding around some of the text boxes - its not uniform and some of it touches your bounding boxes.
