I have recently been spending a lot of time coding this new free open source script so I would appreciate some feedback please.

From the site:

Feeded news is a free open source news script for PHP 5.2. Feeded news is able to pull content from any rss feeds that you specify and display them in news format on your website. Feeded News aims to be secure, robust and lightweight. The following features have been implemented into the core.

There are so many features:

• Unlimited categories
• Unlimited feeds

• Easy to use admin panel for customizing
• Manage themes, templates and styles using a built in editor

No, once you have clicked the link in your email your account should be activated instantly.

Can it be added to existing websites - either html or php based?

Yes it can be added to existing websites. Please read the Getting Started guide to learn more about installing and setting up the script.

I like this script, nice and clean.

But, I have a suggestion, is there someway you can get the links to open on a separate page?

This might reduce the number of visitors that leave the site immediately

Well theres a big debate on this nowadays. It's not always good practice to force new windows or tabs upon users, instead we should give them the choice. What do others think?
