tips Favorite Sites for Content Creation. Thoughts on VA's and VA services??

Just wanted to get an opinion of favorite content creation site/services. Also thinking ahead and investigating VA's any thoughts, War Stories (good of bad). Thoughts on things or sites to avoid?

I've had great luck at Fiverr both as a buyer and seller (I provide design). I have also used Freelancer years ago when it wasn't completely saturated, but now it's good for hiring only (I'm in America and just cannot work that cheap, lol).

I've also hired voice actors directly via Twitter - just using good old-fashioned messaging.
