I get this error EVERY time I try to post a sales thread in the Domains for Sale board.... :yell:

fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1024 bytes) in /functions_search.php on line 197

Already had to rewrite a 20 minute post once, was smart and saved it the next time but I got this error 5 times in 25 minutes... span...?

Please fix or SOMETHING -_-

Thanks,
-Matt

I was having the same problem in the above thread. Try using RJ's suggestion of creating a thread with the content of a single letter, then editing the post to what you want it to say.

Heh, well unless "a" (the letter) takes up too much space on his server, that's not the problem.

I have never had a problem before, and tm is correct, just click the back button and try and submit again.

Is anyone still getting this error? I bumped up the PHP memory allocation and I've stopped seeing it. If you see it anymore, please post here.

It might be time to split NamePros onto two servers. Oh my!

Yeh, RJ, you might want to add another server (heck, a few), unless you are willing to set:

memory_limit = -1 // no limit :laugh:
post_max_size = xxG // Where xx is the size of the proccessor 8-X

Maybe then, we can see what this baby can really handle :hehe:

j/k with you! :) Maybe the NP$ Bank can loan you the funds to add-on ;) The bigger we grow, the more this going to be stretched to the limits. But, somehow, I imagine you like the challenge :tu:

Code:
root@namepros =>  emot(":kickass:")
