.fast gTLD general release on October 6, 2025

I don't really hold my breath with .fast but got 2 domains just to "honour" the GA

I am pretty disapointed with thouse new Amazon domains. Unlike .now, many .fast, .you names are marked as premium.

Did the Amazon used database of registrations .now Tld to add tham as premium for .fast, .you.. ?

If so than I feel much less registrations. Also I feel that overal was .now cheaper, but If you mana cherry pick some not premium .you than you have better renewals.

Example: wired,Matt,John..

Fun part is they apply same premium rules to .you, .fast

Wow you beat me to them! Good for you. I got SuperAi.Fast, Lent.Fast, Spread.Fast & 1234.fast. In retro fhe 1234 one was probably a mistake. The all cost $23.49 each except Spread.fast which was $51.75. I didn't have the balls to pay $104 or so for a good computer one.

Yeah I was a little shocked at the premiums but there were some decent ones at Reg Pric and $51.50

There are some surprising inconsistencies though. Move .now (registered) is about $3000/year, whereas move .fast (registered) is less than 1/10 of that.

Anyway, looks like break .fast was taken before GA (≈$550/yr premium). Someone (preferably an end user) from Northern Ireland might be interested in bel .fast (available, same premium category).

Wow good for you that these were under $51 or whatever it is. I'm surprised Digital, Invest & Create were under $2,500 each. I wish I had thought of them before you registered them but I just assumed given the prices I had seen on Spaceship they were outside my range. I got a few good ones: SuperAi.Fast, Spread.Fast, Lent.Fast, one I can't list here (see my other thread in this section) and a dumb one in retrospect 1234.Fast. What is AGentic? I keep seeing this term & Web3? Good luck.

Yup, .fast sounds too literal to me, could work for logistics/delivery/ecom.

.now is better than .fast just because hunger of Amazon and extreme premium prices compared to .now...

So there will be much less registrations and popularity and finally end price for most names.
This policy is killing interner grow spirit. I would like system where single person can grab max 1-5 names and no premium pricing at all. Than internet could grow nicely.
But system is set for hoarding. And registrator sit on money.
