I like it! FAQ is definetly a popular term. Over 1B results on google - not surprising however since almost every website has a FAQ section. Ovt results almost 15K. I'd say undeveloped mid $xx to $1xx. Maybe more for an enduser. Nice name!

The Domain Name and The Extension Don't Fit...
FAQS is a pop. abbreviation...But An Website On faqs doesn'y sound too marketable to me..
So I say low $xx
