Let me say first I don't have any interest in this plug - I just think it is a great deal, especially for .TV owners.

I recently got set up with WhyPark.com for my .TV site and it works perfectly!

I paid a one-time $100 fee for 100 domains - $1.00 each! (That is not per month - it is a ONE TIME fee!) Then I set up a site with my own ads, Google Adsense, tracking, videos, my own page logo, keywords, optimization, and articles (provided by WhyPark). That's one dollar for all of the above, and I don't have to share the revenue.

No more Sedo parking for me. Check out an example site:

http://www.MusicTeacher.tv

Good luck!

i tried this service for a test domain, but while it populates a site with content, you don't seem to have any control over what content appears from the service. So you can add your own stuff, but you don't seem able to remove what they automatically supply.

Also, I sent them a question two weeks ago and as yet, have not had a response.

I'll post how the progress goes on the MusicTeacher.tv site. It was just set up, so it will a few days before it gets indexed by Google, then it will have to climb up the ranking ladder for a couple of weeks. I plan to switch this site over to a fully developed site in a couple of months, but by that time, it will be fully indexed and ranked.

However, I've done other .COM sites with WhyPark that got quick ranking because of the following:

Keywords in title
Keywords in body
H1 tags
Relevant Articles (they are rotated to avoid duplicate content problems)
keywords in description metatag
Linked Ads
Multiple optimized pages

Jmt1 -

You supply the 'keywords' for articles - they will even determine how many articles are available for a given keyword. I haven't tried to contact them yet, so I don't know what their service is like...

yes I know you supply the keywords for the articles, but the problem is, you have not control over tyhe articles. for example, you may want to remove some of those articles, but there does not seem to be a facility to do that.

That's right, you can't actually remove an article other than to narrow your keywords. It a bit of a problem for me, too, because on a couple of my sites, it pulled up an article by a competitor of mine. Since it is all automated, the only way to delete an article would be through the use of negative keywords, like in Google Adwords. That would be great. Are you listening WhyPark?

Other than that, I've found it usually pulls very relevant articles....

Still, it beats generic parking sites!

This looks almost exactly like 1plus.net.

I may give this a try too, to see who has better content. Or if they pull from the same.

the problem with this is you have no real control over the content.
if there was someone who gave you control, then it is worth having.

Sure you do have control over content, jmt1. If you know HTML, you can put anything in the site.

For example, on http://www.TenantAccountingSoftware.com, the first 2 adds are for my own products. I could add my own articles if I wanted. (please don't click any Google ads - I'm not trying to make money on this post)

They also have a feature were you can sell ad space to other websites, and it will appear on top of all articles on the right side. You can even specify starting and ending dates for your ads. You can add photos or videos. That is all 'content'.

So the 'only' thing you can't fully control are the articles, but that depends on your keyword selection, or you can choose not to have auto-generated articles, and put only your own personal content up.

Didn't want to get so deep into this, I just wanted to provide a tip. This is my last post on this topic.
