Famous people's names.. Trademark or no?

Lets just say I just registered two of the most famous names going .. Every extension available is owned by the famous person themselves except .cn .... for two people.. persay I just registered the .cn's would a name be considered trademark?.. I'm also going to guess that the other domains were bought from the prior owners since these two names are big enough to notice in the news about suing over a trademark.. these are not company names but actual famous famous people names.. I wonder if these hold any value really?...

Why bother with these sort of names again... I doubt they'd sue you over the .cn unless/until it becomes more popular here.

well both names are international billionaires with holdings worldwide

so I figured why not grab them?

Just really asking for problems .... TM laws on the internet are getting really tuff and by stating the intention of registration in the hopes of re-selling is already against the law.....

I would go at this one with "white gloves"
