domain Factoid.com and iFactBook.com -- I suck at appraising

I've come to the conclusion I suck at appraising. I was hoping to unload these quickly to make up for other bad domain decisions. What do you all think about

iFactbook.com

factoid.com

I like the iFactbook.com because it pretty obvious that it has information about facts. I would price it mid $xx but end users may may pay more. IMO, you should develop the domain into a website because the domain is easy to remember.
