Facebook Cover and 4 Facebook Post Templates

I am looking for someone to make a professional Facebook cover for a medical page with 4 different templates for Facebook posting which I can use to modify based on the the content of the daily post, thus I need templates to be professional, attractive and yet flexible.

The page already exist and colors exist, so the Facebook cover and templates would be based on the color and data provided. Note that the Facebook page in Arabic.
