Fabulous won't let me push??

Ok, I was gonna sell some of my domains and all went well till it came to pushing it to his fab account. I have no option to do it in my control panel? Whats going on? I read there FAQ and they said to go to 'manage' and than Transfer/push. But I dont have a button like that, instead I have a transfer button that says


Transfer Window
Transfer Window of 39644.com
Extend Transfer Window until 01 May 2008 4pm?
Close Transfer Window?

Can someone help me?

Under the "Quick Links" menu ---> then "Manage" I have a "Push" option to transfer a Fab name to another Fab user.
