Fabulous problems - HELP!

I have a fabulous account.

Because life got in the way this past year, I have not really logged into my fabulous account (maybe a couple times). I just got notification that 2 domains I have with fabulous are expiring very soon and need to be renewed soon (one expires today!).

Well, when I went to log into my account, the Fabulous system is requiring me to change my password for a security measure. But before I can do so, I have to get a PIN sent to my email address. Well, I clicked the link to have the PIN sent, but I have never got the PIN yet. I did this about 3 times now since about 11PM EST last night. Still, no PIN.

I tried emailing support and still no answer. I also tried calling them today several times and I can never connect to their phone #. I either get a wierd busy signal or it rings 2 times and then just dead air.

Is anyone else having technical problems with Fabulous these day?

I am about to lose a domain today and possibly another one soon and I don't know what to do about it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I hope someone from Fabulous reads this thread today and helps me out. I'm in a real pinch. :td:

good luck- they have a no charge redemption period too, so you have some extra time to get things situated

Mike, thanks for your help on this matter. Issue resolved. Problem was mainly with Verizon email.
